7. Applicants must submit Administrative and Technical Requirements to their respective LGU and the Electrical Division will inspect them. If the Electrical Division approves it, you need to pay some fees and secure an electric permit for installation. After installing the solar panels the applicant must send a request for Inspection to comply with the Building Code and Philippine Electric Code. If approved, a certificate of Final Electrical Inspection is issued or given.
